effectively, find hidden troubles in advance, lower the fault
rate, decrease stop time and loss, prolong machine¡¯ s life,
finally realize the stable and high capacity production.

| Machine Delivering Service |
| H.B. service staff give customers detailed guidance,
from how to confirm the specification, how to check the
amount of spare parts, to introduce the knowledge of operation
means, safety precautions, maintenance and inspection,
how to get H.B. service etc. We will not stop guidance
until customers totally grasp above information. |

| Periodic Inspection Service |
| We supply 4 times periodic inspection service
to new machine for free. In these periods, you can submit
your puzzles and machine¡¯s problems to our inspector.

| Random Visiting |
| We send out visiting group (Follow up) composed of service
engineers to visit our customers aperiodically. They will
give your machine all-sided inspection and advice you
how to maintain and operate our machine. |

| Special Periodic Inspection Service |
| Through signing a valued service contract, we supply
special periodic inspection service (within 500 hours
after 2000 hours) when out of machine¡¯s guarantee period. |
